Can I see a sample first?
We understand you might want to see how your packaging looks printed or would like to check sizing before ordering several at once. To do this just select 1 in the Quantity when checking out. You can order printed or plain.
Everything we make is custom and we take great pride in everything we make for you! That being said, since everything we make is custom, we cannot offer refunds. You are more than welcome to order a Single item as detailed above before you order several at once, and you always receive a digital PDF proof to approve before we manufacture anything.
Proofs & Processing
You will receive a proof within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Your order will be processed after approval and you can expect your order to ship within 5-7 business days of approval.
All of our orders are shipped out via FedEx and you can choose your desired shipping speed at checkout.
In a bind? We can help! For an extra cost, we can rush your order ahead of the line - just click "Yes" for Rush Fee when adding your product to the cart. You will receive your proof within 1-2 business days and after approval your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. If you need it sooner, please contact us and let us know your desired turnaround time and we'll let you know if we can make it happen! An additional fee may apply.
All computers and monitors are calibrated differently, so color may not always match exactly as what you see on your screen. We print digital, which utilizes CMYK ink; if you are using PMS colors, they will match close but not always exact. If you are concerned about color matching, we recommend ordering a sample.
Every product listing has an outline demonstrating how to measure Length, Width and Depth. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure their product will fit in the chosen box. If there is any doubt, please contact us and we will help guide you. Otherwise, you can always order a plain sample to check fit first.
